If your item was not purchased directly from us, please contact your sales representative to make arrangements with them for the return of your product.
- Please make sure RMA number is visible on shipping box.
- We kindly ask that our equipment be returned in the original or similar packaging. Packaging of a quality less than that of the original packaging can result in shipping damage, which as a normal rule, we would not be responsible for regardless of repair status ( warranty or cost repair). If sending multiple units, do not stack units one on top of the other to prevent cosmetic damage resulting from rubbing parts during shipment.
