Need to Return Equipment? (RMA)

If you need to return equipment for service, calibration, or repair, please complete our RMA (Return Material Authorization) form. This helps us process your request quickly and accurately.

Returning Equipment for Repair
  • Before sending any equipment to PPST Solutions, Inc. for repair, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  • To request an RMA number, call us toll-free (USA): +1 (888) 239-1619 or email support@ppstsolutions.com.
  • If your item was purchased through a distributor or sales representative (not directly from PPST), please contact them to arrange your return.
How to Prepare Your Return
  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Use the original packaging, or packaging of equal quality, to protect the equipment in transit. If the packaging is not sufficient and damage occurs during shipping, PPST Solutions cannot be responsible for repairs—regardless of warranty status.
  • If you are returning multiple units, please do not stack them inside the box. Stacking can cause cosmetic or physical damage during shipment.
